Exercise: 0!! First time this year I did absolutely no exercise!! I did it for two reasons. One, my body, especially the legs, were very tired. Two, I have a big weekend of exercise planned so a rest day before going hard on the weekend sounded like a good idea.
Calories consumed: 2205*
* I really focused on cutting out the excessive snacking yesterday and so falling under 2250 was easy! Of course, no exercising made it easier for I wasn't as hungry, either. Anyway, I'm going to use this day as a model going forward.
