A Full Day

First thing: 40 minutes on bike roller/trainer with cadence between 95 ~ 100.

First day of classes at school/work.

Calories consumed: 2722

DQS: 24

Evening Swim: 60 minutes, 1650 meters of hard drills.

Maiko: 30 minute walk!!
