Hump Day

Hump Day = Wednesday!!

NEWay, I'm tired so I'll be quick:

Exercise: 62 minutes of stair climbing at Tohma Tenboudai. I counted 520 steps in the place I was training and I did that section 8 times. 4,260+ steps. Not bad.

Calories consumed: 2783 (too much).
