Morning bike/roller (first thing): 30 minutes. AVG Cadence 100 +/-
Afternoon/Pre-enkai bike/roller ride: 35 minutes. Cadence between 100~105.
Calories: 2724 (a lot of sushi and sashimi at the enkai)
DQS: 21 (not bad. A lot of vege's at enkai)
Actually felt bloated before the enkai and then the 35 minute ride really helped me feel better/healthier/livelier.
