A Rough Monday

Due to the previous day (see previous post), I was very sore and tired yesterday. Therefore, I rested the legs and body. In fact, going forward, I'm anticipating more rest days (or easy spin days on the bike) after long workouts or training rides/hikes that take a lot out of me. The key will be to listen to the body!
