Two Day Catch-up

Tuesday (April 24): Exercise: 65 minutes of swimming drills. Very hard! Calories consumed: 2439 (220 +\- curry-pan took me over my goal) DQS: 21 Wednesday (April 25): Exercise: 2 hours of cycling up 800 meters on Asahidake (turned around 24km from SQ1 as I'm training for Daisen's Sea to Summit)and back. Calories consumed: 2543* DQS: 15* *Hosted our monthly English Night so I had a beer and ate a fair amount of relatively unhealthy, but awfully tasty, food. Hence the respectively high and low scores above.
