Weeken + Monday

It was another busy weekend with friends in the powder-full mountains of Hokkaido!!

Saturday:

Exercise: 90+ minutes of climbing and 240+ minutes of skiing and traversing powder snow.

Calories consumed: 3300 +/- ( big homemade dinner of yakiniku, sashimi and sake with friends)
DQS: 20

Sunday:

Exercise: 300 +/- minutes of climbing and 60 +/- minutes of skiing.

Calories consumed: 2696
DQS: 18

Monday:

Exercise:

40 minutes on the bike trainer/roller first thing this morning.
40 more minutes after school and before dinner.

Calories: 2674

DQS: 22
