Feel Good Friday!

Rode my bike to work and felt great. The legs, the energy and the recovery were great. Since they aren't many English classes with the upcoming Sports Day (undokai), I decided to get out of work early (2:00pm) and take the long/scenic ride home. That was great, too. However, I went hard and was tired afterwards. Not feeling tired after 2 hours and 15 minutes of hard riding up/down hills will probably take a little longer. Ha ha... May 18th exercise: 170 minutes of cycling (77km). calories consumed: 2903 (healthy snacking and a fairly big, but vegetable heavy dinner. Fitness app says I burned over 3,000 on my cycling, too) DQS: 28 (best score yet?)
