Golden Two Days

After Saturday's "test day", I wanted to have a semi-rest day on Sunday. Sunday: Exercise: 90 minutes of easy cycling on the new bike (flat/normal pedals, though)with my friend, Sean. Calories consumed: 2,646 (I'm finding that I'm more hungry the day AFTER a big workout/training day) DQS: 16 (not watching the quality as much on "days off"). Monday Exercise: Kayaking (first time this year) on Lake Chubetsu for about 90 minutes. Hard Cycling for 90 minutes in the early evening. Calories consumed: 2353 DQS: 16 (ditto above)
