Keeping Focused

Three things that I need to remember to do every day: 1. Do this blog post in the morning so I'm more focused for that entire day! 2. Do my 10-15 minute stretch/yoga routine every morning to keep my muscles and joints limber. The more I exercise, the more I find myself getting either tight/sore muscles or getting cramps. A daily stretch will help! 3. Use my foam roller before bed every night. This, along with #2 above, will help keep the muscles less tight, especially when I wake up the next morning. Yesterday, May 8th Exercise: 60 minutes of hard swim drills in the pool. Calories consumed: 2460 DQS: 21
