Tapering and Carbo Loading

I've started the exercise taper and am increasing my intake of carbohydrates in anticipation of the upcoming race on Sunday. With that in mind; Monday, May 21st exercise: 0. Rest Day. Calories consumed: 2594 DQS: 22 I'm also increasing my rest/sleep by taking naps (20 minutes yesterday) and getting to bed early so I can get more hours (8 yesterday) of sleep.
