Over the last week, my right hamstring (hammy) muscle(s) have been getting tight. It doesn't hurt (yet?), but I feel it's putting pressure on my knee and a little concerned about it getting worse. Now, I'm doing a lot of stretching, icing, shippu (medicated sticky things that help) and resting. Hence yesterday being a rest day.
